Rental of Kaw City's Community Center is one of the best kept secrets of north central Oklahoma. This large multipurpose building is known to a few as about the best value in facility rental in the area.
The Center is used by families wanting to host a sizeable family reunion. Companies & businesses use the Center for Christmas parties, their workshops / seminars or other training functions. The Center is ideal for wedding receptions and birthday parties or other celebrations too large for the 'church basement' or the home.
The Center has three offices available for rent at a very modest rate. The three offices consist of two smaller facilities of approximately 155 and 172 square feet. The primary office of choice is over 220 square feet with a large picture window view of the Center's lobby.

580-269-1339 for details.The Center's 'Banquet Room' is approximately 58 ft. by 60 ft. and can easily accommodate 150 guests at the 25 or so clean, modern tables. During some functions where tables are not used there have been seating and 'Standing Room Only' accommodations for 220 people.
Rental rates for the main 'Banquet Room' are as low as $50 for three hours for one time use. Long term, recurring use rates are negotiated on an per-case basis.
This is a modern, 'ADA Compliant', heated and air conditioned meeting place with basic food service facilities to use as concession stand, etc. Recently refurbished restroom facilities can accommodate those with disabilities and the Center has recently installed 'Ground Fault' and more robust electrical service throughout the food service area. This is a safe environment for your guests with new emergency EXIT lighting and other emergency room lighting.
NOTICE
The insurance company for liability coverage of this facility will absolutely NOT provide coverage anywhere there is alcohol being used within the premises.
Consequently the Kaw City Community Center is a
SMOKE-FREE and ALCOHOL-FREE venue.
The stage area for your presentations includes the basics of podium and sound system for your consideration.
The City of Kaw City holds title to the Community Center but turns the day-to-day management over to the Chamber of Commerce.The Kaw City Area Chamber of Commerce can schedule your activities in the Community Center.
